Ihan hävettää kuinka heitteille olen tämän blogini jättänyt. Minulla oli useamman kuukauden tauko askarteluissa. Mitään ei valmistunut, tarvikkeita en tilannut ja ajattelinkin, huvittaako askartelu enää koskaan. Huvittaa se kuitenkin! Olen muutaman viikon aikana saanut valmiiksi useamman kortin ja laitetaanpas tänne jokunen kuva esille :)

It's a shame how badly I've neglected my blog. During these 6 months (my last post seems to be from March...) I have barely been crafting at all. Or shopped craft supplies. For a little while I thought my crafting days were over. But they most certainly are not and here are some brand new cards to prove it:

Olen jo pitkään ihaillut erityisesti puolalaisissa ja venäläisissä askartelublogeissa paljon näkyvää tyyliä, jossa ei juurikaan käytetä korttikuvia tai leimakuvia, vaan keskiössä ovat kukat ja muut koristeet. Nyt olen itsekin rohkaistunut kokeilemaan mainittua tyyliä.

I've admired Polish and Russian papercraft blogs for a long while now. Instead of vintage photos and stamped images there's lots of flowers and other embellishments, and that's the style I've been trying to copy.
